Bright lemon yellow in color. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits are layered with nuances of almond sugar, vanilla, and toast. The palate is clean and refreshing, with a pleasant balance of just the right amount of acidity. Naturally clarified at low temperatures, the wine is partially aged in oak barrels for eight months. It is a blend of multiple vintages (40% 2019, 30% 2018, 30% 2017).
